Aqa Studio has been appointed as design coordinator, office and procurement support for a 375 acre development in St Lucia.
Key task was to set up and monitor a platform for good communication and collaboration between all parties including client, project managers and consultants from all over the world allowing for an effective flow of information, design documents and reviews.
Given the extensive experience in the area, Aqa Studio was also involved in validating the design with regards to minimizing risks by highlighting potential issues and finding solutions before they materialize.

Office support was also reflected in assisting in bidding and negotiations with supplier by helping drawfing the tender packages, answering tenderers queries and evaluating bids by submitting written analysis. reviewing product samples and shop drawings submitted by subcontractor and suppliers appraising quality and compliance with design intent.
