AQA Studio is a young and vibrant architectural practice founded in 2015 after 10-year experience leading the design department within a construction company.

Our London based studio is experienced in efficiently delivering bespoke high end projects and has primarily been involved in providing architectural services for hospitality and private residences developments.

Luca is a RIBA Chartered Architect, based in London who founded AQA Design Limited in 2015.

Luca holds a Master of Science in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano, Italy. With 15years of international experience in Italy, Caribbean and UK, Luca has a distinctive understanding of all design phases and construction process which lead to explore and evaluate ideas, concepts and details to identify design solutions within client’s expectations, budget and time scale.

ELENA PREZIOSA
MEng – CIOB

Elena is a CIOB Chartered Construction Manager, based in London who founded AQA Project Services Limited in 2019.

Elena holds a Master of Science in Environmental and Land Planning Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano, Italy. With 15years of international experience in Italy, Caribbean and UK, Elena has a clear knowledge of all construction process dynamics which complemented by her management skills allows her to overcome all challenges initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing of a project.
