Aqa Studio was involved in the project to provide management services for the general contractor on a design & built contract for internal fit out and new extension of an extensive private property in Surrey.
The new extension included excavation and piling works other than internal partitions, wood flooring and marble floor & wall cladding as well as mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations and all relevant coordination with bms consultants and installers which were part of the renovation too.

This entailed full administration of the buiding site with regards to managing onsite activities also coordinating with subcontractors and consultants or installers directly appointed by the client, overseeing project progress, ensuring compliance with plans, regulation, standards and specifications, and maintaining communication with the client and relevant reperesentatives to ensure efficient project execution.
Aqa Studio has also been involved in riba stage 5 construction drawings to support the design and built contract starting with a 3D scan survey of the existing buildings and drafting new plans and details starting from architect’s specifications and coordinating interior designer’s with mep and bms drawings.
